Mario has been with Jay's since 2008. He left a position teaching / coaching at a high school in Missouri to return to Wadsworth and be a part of the family business his father, Joseph Pace, had founded in 1986. Mario helps out wherever he is needed. In addition to overseeing operations, he spends much time at the auctions purchasing vehicles, and maintaining Jay's website. Mario has been married to his wife, Stacey since 2002. They have 7 children and reside in Wadsworth.
Michelle has been here since 2000. She is a co-owner and handles insurance related concerns. She is diligent about following up on insurance to protect your investment and ours. She also helps out with sales and finance. She started while her Father, the founder, was still alive and learned much about the business from him. She has a good understanding of the business and fills in wherever she is needed. She has one daughter, Alaire. They reside in Jackson Township. Pictured with Michelle is Cathy Moore co-owner who resides in Greenville, South Carolina.
Bill has been here since 2007. He has been in the automobile industry for 22 years. Prior to that, he worked in the banking industry for 12 years. Bill's experience in the automobile/banking industries making him a natural fit here at Jay's. He is a real people person, and the consummate team player. He wears many “hats” here at Jay's helping out with sales, financing, and collections. Jay's is fortunate to have Bill on board for all that he brings to our team. He resides in Akron.
We have been subcontracting our detail work out to Tony since 2006. Tony is the consummate professional. He takes much pride in his work and cleans each car inside and out as though he were cleaning it for his own Mother! The outstanding appearance of or inventory is a direct result of Tony's hard work and meticulous attention to detail. We are fortunate to have him as our expert detailer. Tony resides in Akron.
George has been here since 1995. His titles are office/service manager. George has been an integral part of the success we have experienced here at Jay's. Overall, he has 53 years in the automobile industry and brings much knowledge and experience to our staff. Coordinating the work done in our service garage is a painstaking job, but George does all that he can to ensure that our customer's cars receive the needed service. As a result of his efforts, we continue to exceed our customer's expectations after the sale. George resides in Wadsworth.
Steve Fickers has been here since 2017. He is a new edition to our service department. Steve has an awesome work ethic and has added a new flair to our team. Steve has great knowledge when it comes to working on specific cars such as Volkswagen. We are so glad Steve has joined our team, we are thankful for his hard work and dedication. Steve resides in Akron.
